How the site selection process works:
- Your (la) Associate will submit an RFP based on the client requirements
- After the venues respond, a concise grid with dates, rates, concessions and availability report is sent to the client
- After review, the client works with their (la) Associate to narrow down the list of available venues
- Select venues will be contacted to further negotiate rate and concessions
- New results will be submitted to the client
- Client makes final venue selection and the contract negotiation begins
